The Guro Digital Fashion Town attracts discerning but frugal clothing buyers with its top-of-the-line brands at discount prices. Upon leaving Garibong subway station, one sees old and dull factories instead of a gorgeous fashion street filled with colorful signboards. A closer look at the factories, banners and signs reading “outlet,” “open warehouse” or “80% discount,” however, reveals a mass of stores offering all types of apparel.
