In a food survey teokbokki떡볶이 (“toppoki”) has come out as the undisputed favorite snack food among Koreans. Oftentimes sold in street stalls, this hearty snack with its perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness has become part of Korea’s attempts to globalize its cuisine.
