Kookmin Bank and its mobile banking success


Proud of its 25 million customers, Kookmin Bank does financial transactions with more than half the Korean population. So it is no surprise that Kookmin Bank placed first in the national customer satisfaction survey for two years straight. Now Korea’s premier bank is ready for another great year, as it started out the New Year with a significant record. Here’s Department Director Kim Young-man of Kookmin Bank’s Online Channel Department to tell us more about the service.
