Established in 1959, the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, called KAERI, was known only as a research institute for comprehensive nuclear energy studies. But it is also an exporter of technologies and equipment related to nuclear energy development. Recently KAERI won worldwide attention by exporting its own nuclear hydrogen production technology to the U.S. We’ll find out about the secrets to KAERI’s success from its top researcher Dr. Lee Won-jae.
