Only a month to the 2008 Beijing Olympics, good news arrived at CJ Jeiljedang. It has been selected as an official supplier of tofu to the Olympic Village. CJ just started its tofu business in China last year. How was the newcomer in the Chinese tofu market able to earn such distinction?
