An introduction to Korea’s top automaker, Ssangyong Motor


Ssangyong Motor introduced Korea’s first four-wheel drive vehicle in 1983 and named it Korando, which means “Korean can do.” Following the release of the Korando was Musso in 1993, Istana in 1995 and Rexton in 2001, solidifying Ssangyong’s place as a RV specialist. Now Ssangyong Motor has unveiled its 2009 model, guiding the sluggish Korean automobile market to a new promising future.
