Korea Post’s parcel service

Now it’s time to meet one of Korea’s most noted companies. This week I bring you a story about Korea Post, the nation’s most well-known public corporation. Placed under the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy, Korea Post oversees general postal services like the receipt, transportation, and delivery of mail, as well as the design and execution of financial policies on postal savings and insurance. In particular, Korea Post is a leader in parcel delivery, taking the top spot in brand power for four years in a row. We take a look at how it came to outrank private companies as consumers’ favorite parcel delivery service. Here’s Mr. Jung Kyung-won, executive of Korea Post, to talk about the Korea Post’s secret of success.
