N.K. mission pays respects to D.J.


Top aides to Kim Jong-il paid their respects to late former President Kim Dae-jung in Seoul yesterday in the latest sign of thawing ties between the two Koreas. Kim Ki-nam, secretary of the ruling Workers' Party, who led the six-member delegation, requested talks with the Seoul government.
