Korea's three shipbuilders -- Hyundai Heavy Industries, Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering and Samsung Heavy Industries -- are considered the club of the world's top three shipbuilders. Among them, Hyundai Heavy Industries is the largest shipbuilder in the world, followed by the second largest Samsung Heavy Industries and the world's number three Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering.
