Busan Opens a Call Center to Help Foreign Residents


Busan is Korea's second largest Korean city, and is located on the southwestern coast of the country.

As it is quickly becoming a multicultural and multiethnic city with about 40,000 foreign residents living there, a non-profit organization in the city has opened a call center service to help foreigners with difficulties in their everyday lives.
