The unpredictable winter in Korea this year has seen temperatures moving up and down week after week. The relatively warm weather failed to provide a white Christmas, and certain ski resorts are hurting for fresh powder. But last week, grayish clouds rolled in and dumped a thick flurry of snow across the nation.
