In efforts to help expatriates in Korea understand Korea and make their lives more comfortable, English-language FM broadcasting is to debut in the Seoul metropolitan area and other major cities.
The Korea Communications Commission said on June 16 that the broadcast area of the FM English radio broadcaster will be expanded nationwide from Jejudo (Jeju Island), the only region that operates such a service for now.
