The Hi Seoul Festival - Spring 2009 will take place May 2 through May 10. With the city's palaces as the theme, the spring festival programs take place at Gyeongbokgung, Gyeonghuigung, Deoksugung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung, Seoul Plaza and Cheonggyecheon.
