The Republic of Korea has decided to make utmost efforts to host the 2012 World Expo in Yeosu, southwestern port city of the nation.
Korean President Roh Moo-hyun on Nov.15 (Wednesday) that he will do his best to help Yeosu accommodate the 2012 World Expo, saying that it would bring about a turning point for the development of Korea as well as the southwestern region where the port city is located.
