Baltimore Clayworks features our Lormina Salter Fellow, Kim Myung-Rye with the exhibition Journey of the Magnolia. This exhibition runs from June 28 through August 2nd, 2008.
On display in our gallery are sculptural and functional works that draw inspiration from botanical forms as well as furniture and home accessories. Hand-built with porcelain and iron-rich clay, she celebrates the intricate beauty of nature and the memories attached.
