The Korean delegation for the Bureau of International Exhibitions left for Paris on Nov. 21 ahead of next week’s general assembly where BIE member countries will vote for the city to host the 2012 World Expo.
Korea, Morocco and Poland are the three contending countries bidding for the World Expo, which in terms of attendance, is the third largest regular, commercially sponsored event next to the Olympics and the World Cup.
