Koreans and foreign visitors alike will soon have a chance to enjoy a new sight in Seoul. The City of Seoul government on Sunday (Nov. 9) said it will present laser light shows at the upper and lower ends of the Cheonggyecheon (stream) in downtown Seoul, beginning Dec. 15.
