The National Assembly Library opened a branch office on Dokdo, Korea's easternmost island. Yoo Jong-pil, the head of the National Assembly Library, held a board-hanging ceremony after signing a treaty on information exchange with officials from the Gyeongbuk Provincial Policy Agency of Gyeongsangbuk-do (North Gyeongsang Province) on Friday (Nov. 20).
