The Korean Culture and Information Service (KOIS), part of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korean-American Friendship Association held an “ROK-US Friendship Concert” (Special Korean Cultural Performance for U.S.F.K.) at 7 pm on Monday Oct. 19th. About 450 American soldiers stationing in Korea and their family members came to enjoy the performance.
