Samsung develops 4Gb OneNAND chip for multimedia phones


Samsung Electronics has developed a high-density 4-gigabit (Gb) OneNAND flash memory chip package featuring micro-compact dimensions, low power consumption and high performance for multimedia mobile phones.

The world's largest memory chipmaker said on Wednesday (April 20) that it has developed a 4-Gb fusion flash memory chip package for wide-ranging applications in high-end mobile devices, making another breakthrough in chip-making technology.
