The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas has purchased the world-famous video artist Nam June Paik’s Rose Art Memory (1988) from the James Cohan Gallery in New York at a price of $550,000. The museum announced on June 30 that Paik’s artwork will be displayed in the Korean Art and Culture section beginning this fall.
