Sangwonsa mokjo Munsu dongja jwasang


Only two Buddhist sculptures from the Choson dynasty (1392 to 1910) are designated as South Korean National Treasures. One of them, National Treasure No. 221, is a seated Manjusri. A member of the Buddhist pantheon, Manjusri was the bodhisattva of wisdom.
