It seems Korea only has modern, high-rise buildings. Where are all the traditional Korean buildings in Seoul?

Traditional Korean architecture can be seen in the ancient royal palaces. Seoul, the modern-day capital of Korea, was also the capital of the Joseon Dynasty, which rose in 1392 and fell in 1910. Thus, several major royal palaces can be found in the city. They include the Gyeongbokgung, Deoksugung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung, and Gyeonghuigung palaces.
