Where are good places for jogging, hiking, and mountain climbing?

Since about 70 percent of its geography consists of mountains, Korea boasts numerous locations ideal for hiking and mountain climbing. Geographically, most of Korea's mountains are part of the beautiful Baekdudaegan mountain range and watershed crest, which runs almost the entire length of the Korean Peninsula, from Baekdu Mountain, on the border with China far to the north, to Jiri-san in the south. Joggers who love flat terrain may rest assured however, because Korea has land to accommodate them as well.
