Which ongoing arts festivals and events are held in Korea?

Korea hosts many, many cultural events of the visual, musical and artistic variety year-round. Although many events take place in warm and pleasant weather such as in summer and fall, especially if the events are outdoors, no Seoul visitors or residents will find themselves lacking events to attend on any given weekend of the year.
