The Ministry of Information and Communication has launched an online campaign to encourage users to hang Korean national flags in cyberspace.
The ministry said on Monday (Feb. 26) it will launch a campaign to hang Korea's national flag in cyberspace along with major online portal websites to mark Thursday's 88 anniversary of the March First Independence Movement Day, or the Samil Movement.
