In a panel discussion held in Washington on Tuesday, Mr. Young Howard, Executive Director for “Open Radio for North Korea,” discussed his intentions to implement an open flow of information to North Korean citizens via the radio.
Young Howard expressed his desires to reach out in love to the North Koreans, this time, not with food for their bodies, but food for their minds. The goal is simply to communicate information to the North Korean citizens, who have, up until this time, have been fed lies regarding what is being discussed about their country.
