As the final judgment day approaches, the Korean government, the City of Yeosu and its citizens are making all-out efforts to support the coastal city's bid for the World Expo 2012.
To back Yeosu's campaign, Yeosu officials sent e-mails to the tourism offices of member states of the International Bureau of Exhibitions (BIE) to appeal for support for its bid to host the World Expo, the Jeollanam-do (South Jeolla Province) government announced on Sunday (Nov. 4).
