Namyang, Korea's Premier Dairy Product Company

Namyang is known to lack five things – debt, a headquarters building, labor disputes, nepotism, and internal factions. Since its founding in 1964, Namyang has grown to become the number one company in the Korean dairy industry, taking up more than 60% of the market and staying in the black for 43 years straight, thanks to the absence of these five things.
