Olympic Park, an icon of the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, is abundant in sculptures and other permanent works of art on display in memory of the global sports event. Also inside the park is Mongchontoseong, a mountain fortress wall built during the Baekje era (18 B.C.E. to 660 C.E.).
