The Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. will be featuring exhibits on Korean items starting from May 23.
In the museum’s second floor, the Korea Gallery will be housed in approximately 100 square meters of space and include 3,000 items of ceramic ware, traditional cultural customs, the Korean alphabet ‘hangul’, hanbok (Korean traditional wear), the Korea Foundation’s Washington office said on Jan. 9.
