PyeongChang, Korea's city which aims to host the 2014 Winter Olympics, has completed its preparations for welcoming an evaluation team from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on Feb. 12 (Monday), the PyeongChang Bid Committee said.
A 16-member delegation from the IOC, who arrived in Seoul on Feb. 11, will travel to PyeongChang on Feb. 14 in order to make close examination on sports facilities prepared for the Winter Olympics. The on-site examination will take place from Feb. 14 through Feb.16.
